Challenge of Information Overload

Learn to ignore unnecessary information.  Further, don’t try and quantify everything in life – enjoy activities without tracking outcomes!  

When the virus strikes…

If there is one thing I learnt during this sickness is that unless we become kind and compassionate towards one another, going forward, this period is going to become increasingly difficult to navigate.

Responding to the future tide

Women do not have to be better than the men. They have to make distinct and better choices in leadership positions. Choices that resonate with the times, and provide a different paradigm of resolution. 

Its a s’he’ thing…..

I never took gender classes at university, in fact I have avoided them feeling that it may shape my world view in a certain way. Still I find myself  constantly battling gender sensitivities and insensitivities in my interactions. 

Difficult mantra…

“Let go” the two magical , short and simple words are replete with confusion and difficulty. Whether flowing from ancient philosophical thought or the Whatsapp message of a friend, these two words are doled out as advice, as a solution and as a way of life.
